Introducing Our Latest Leadership Development Tool

We're going to change the future of 50 leaders, and the organizations they work for.  Their success after covid-19 just got a lot better

We want to help the first 50 leaders (Limit 2 per company) to improve their personal, and organizational, success coming out of this Covid-19 crisis.  All you have to do is sign up for a very low investment of only $19 (A Covid-19 limited time offer - normally investment required is over $150).  FYI:  The only reason we are charging this $19 is that we believe anyone we work with has to have something in the game - even if it is only $19.

This opportunity provides the leader with a short questionnaire that generates a report over 30 pages in length which can be used to develop the full Prioritized Leadership Development Program.  This special also includes up a one-hour virtual private meeting with Mike to review the report.

The word "Leader" is one of the most misused words in the English language.  We hear many people saying, "I am a Leader", "She is a Leader", or He is a Leader.    But all too often they are only a leader in name only - or we call them LINOs.  Most of the time they may be a  manager, a supervisor, or even a VP or CEO, but just because a person has a title, doesn't mean they are a leader.

Someone saying, "I am a Leader" does not make it so.  A person can only become a leader after 1) Acquiring the right knowledge about the skills and capabilities of a leader (knowledge), 2) years of attempting to apply this knowledge in actual leadership situations (Practice), and then 3) proving effective leadership in real-life leadership situations (Application).

The good news is that many leaders and organizations are discovering a leadership development concept called  "The Prioritized Leader" which works on a simple premise:  If a leader is focused on the "Right Priorities", and is Keeping these Priorities in the Correct Order", in time this will result in "True Potential" for the leader.

The Prioritized Leader Framework helps the leader understand the priorities needed to experience unprecedented success personally and professionally.  The first priority is:

  • Purpose:  Reason We Exist  It’s about knowing and living the “why” of your organization and being able to articulate a clear and compelling future.

  • People:  How We're Able to Exist  - The level of health and productive relationships we have with our colleagues and connections.

  • Pace: The Ability to Last or Achieve - Discerning the right rhythm - how fast (or slow) the organization needs to move to sustain long-term success, capitalize on opportunities, and preserve capital.

  • Perception: The Ability to be Relevant - Choosing a growth mindset, staying open to innovation and opportunistic solutions, and new ideas.

  • Profit: The Ability to be Viable - The effective management, investment, and release of an organization’s resources.

The bottom line is this: "As the leader goes, so goes the company."  Organizations can only reach their desired levels of health, productivity and profitability if their leaders model attributes and behaviors worth following.  Leaders worth following are humble and hungry.  They are characterized by their investment in personal and organizational growth and their commitment to keeping the right priorities aligned in the right order.  If they accomplish this, they will experience unprecedented success personally and professionally."
